This is an electrical engineering position supporting the Lean Production efforts of existing products. Utilize engineering lean “best practices” to provide all aspects of product design from concept, design verification, production, and testing to field start-up.

This Manufacturing Engineer position will focus primarily on optimizing our mobile welder production line using Lean Manufacturing principles. You will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings. This role will also support the production of other products as needed.

To assist in all phases of Material handling, including but not limited to operations, Track Mobile, Wheel Loader, Dozer, Skid steer loader, Semi Low Boy Truck, Semi End Dump, Door operations, and maintenance equipment.

To assist in delivery of Coal, Coke & Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co & additional customers using end dump, belly dump, or live bottom trailers. May also be required to operate track mobile, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site, and equipment transportation on lowboy trailers.

Responsible for scheduled maintenance and break down repairs of all equipment employed in the operation of material handling, including trucks, trailers, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, backhoes, track mobile, dozers, motor graders, unload conveyors, stacking conveyors, coal conditioners and pickups.

Holland Company is seeking a General Laborer for our Ardoch, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota facilities. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in unload of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

Holland Company is seeking a General Laborer for our East Grand Forks, Minnesota facility. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the unloading of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

To assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services to Holland’s customers. Possess the ability to train upcoming personnel. Must maintain Holland Company’s equipment and fill in for Supervisor/Manager in their absence.

The MOD Track Laborer will work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.

Maintain and operate the TrackSTAR vehicle in a safe and efficient manner on track and on hi-way system’s, while displaying a high quality and professional image to all Holland customers. Schedule- 3 weeks on 1 week off unless living in Toronto which can be negotiable

Utilize engineering “Best Practices” to provide all aspects of product design and development from concept, design verification, production, and testing to field start-up. Responsible for meeting internal and external customer’s functional and performance requirements for Welding Group Equipment. To act as Technical Resource for accomplishment of equipment development projects. Insure that all equipment correlates with divisional key objectives and goals with regard to Safety, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction and Improving Field Reliability.

Performing various tasks from disassembly, servicing and repairing, reassembling welding equipment or new welding equipment for Holland to meet the objectives of the Annual Preventative Maintenance program. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of the operating equipment and the program.
