JOB SUMMARY: The Contract Systems Administrator will be the primary point of contact and facilitate all activities, both internal and external, within the Holland process of all contracts. This is a visible role that interacts with all Holland internal stakeholders, including executive management. This individual will be part of the Holland Contracts Legal Team and will play an important role in organizing and maintaining Holland’s standard contracts process. The Contract’s Systems Administrator will work closely with the Contracts Manager and General Manager - –Legal Operations on review and improvement of all Holland’s contract management processes, with a continued focus on efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining compliance with Holland’s risk standards.

This position is responsible for ensuring payable transactions are recorded timely and accurately. While utilizing your excellent attention to detail, customer service and communication skills, you will be a point of contact for vendors inquiring about their payment status and assist with processing online expense reports. As a successful candidate, you will be a dependable, well-organized team-player with a willingness to help.

Assembly and repair of all Holland products. Focus on improvement through Lean Manufacturing processes and practices. Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage, hydraulic pressure, and fluid flow. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications. Check own work, and work of others to diagnose and correct problems. Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland products. At times may lead small groups of fellow employees.

Prep railcars for loading at customer locations

Holland Company is seeking a General Laborer for our Ardoch, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota facilities. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in unload of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

Responsible for scheduled maintenance and break down repairs of all equipment employed in the operation of material handling, including trucks, trailers, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, backhoes, track mobile, dozers, motor graders, unload conveyors, stacking conveyors, coal conditioners and pickups.

To assist in all phases of Material handling, including but not limited to operations, Track Mobile, Wheel Loader, Dozer, Skid steer loader, Semi Low Boy Truck, Semi End Dump, Door operations, and maintenance equipment.

Responsible for overseeing site employees in all phases including but not limited to unloading and trucking operations, train logistics, stockpile management, compliance, as well as employee issues and safety

The MOD Track Laborer will work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.

The Grapple Truck Driver will drive, operate and maintain a Hi-Rail Grapple Truck, often times as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.

To assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services to Holland’s customers. Possess the ability to train upcoming personnel. Must maintain Holland Company’s equipment and fill in for Supervisor/Manager in their absence.

Utilize engineering “Best Practices” to provide all aspects of product design and development from concept, design verification, production, and testing to field start-up. Responsible for meeting internal and external customer’s functional and performance requirements for Welding Group Equipment. To act as Technical Resource for accomplishment of equipment development projects. Insure that all equipment correlates with divisional key objectives and goals with regard to Safety, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction and Improving Field Reliability.
