Interact with personnel from all Divisions to collect and process hourly and salaried multi-state/country payroll. Reconcile accounts and participate in general accounting responsibilities such as month end closings and journal entry uploads.
To assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services to Holland’s customers. Possess the ability to train upcoming personnel. Must maintain Holland Company’s equipment and fill in for Supervisor/Manager in their absence.

Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. This role is responsible for delivering and receiving optimum quality of goods and/or services by developing and implementing standards for inspection. This includes the development of product workflow inspection and reporting on quality measurements. In addition, responsibilities of this role are to develop, coordinate and implement the quality control system to prevent or eliminate defects by identifying root cause and executing corrective actions as well as to promote and implement continuous improvement activities.
This technical and project management role bridges the gap between sales and engineering. Key responsibilities include developing technical proposals, managing projects, and providing technical support for International Containers and other Holland products.
