The Procurement team is an integral part of Holland operations and is directly responsible for the success of manufacturing and the uptime of field support along with making a bottom-line impact. The Purchasing Intern will assist the buyers across a wide range of activities related to preparing and managing purchase orders, working across multiple vendors to manage product deliveries, assisting with invoice discrepancies and other such areas. This individual will gain a better understanding and sound introduction to the buyer role within purchasing which will assist in their professional growth and give them working knowledge into the area of supply chain.
This technical and project management role bridges the gap between sales and engineering. Key responsibilities include developing technical proposals, managing projects, and providing technical support for International Containers and other Holland products.
This role is responsible for delivering and receiving optimum quality of goods and/or services by developing and implementing standards for inspection. This includes the development of product workflow inspection and reporting on quality measurements. In addition, responsibilities of this role are to develop, coordinate and implement the quality control system to prevent or eliminate defects by identifying root cause and executing corrective actions as well as to promote and implement continuous improvement activities.

Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. The Start Up Technician is responsible for the successful commissioning of new Holland Mobile Welders ensuring they meet specifications and are revenue ready per Holland’s project schedule.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the entering and releasing of projects and/or work orders within the equipment division, including loading and maintaining bill-of materials, product structures, routers, identification of long lead materials, and constraint management to meet both internal and external customer requirements.
This role is responsible for complete commodity management and is expected to deliver excellent organizational cost return and serviceability of goods managed. This position is overall responsible for the execution of strategy, maintaining best supplier alignment, managing total area spend and meeting project and customer deadlines successfully. In addition, this position will support new product development so there will be moderate cross-departmental touch points along with the more usual interdepartmental support of fellow planner colleagues.
The Railcar Cleaning Technician will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of the railcars which will include the use of high-pressure wash systems.
The individual will work a 4/10 schedule (Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm) with Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the unloading of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.
Performing various tasks from pre- testing, disassembly, servicing and repairing, reassembling and final testing of a MOD Mobile Welder and its’ auxiliary pieces of equipment (flash butt welder, puller, grinders) to meet the objectives of the Annual Preventative Maintenance program. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of the operating equipment and the program.
Maintain and operate the TrackSTAR vehicle in a safe and efficient manner on track and on hi-way system’s, while displaying a high quality and professional image to all Holland customers.

Utilize engineering “Best Practices” to provide all aspects of product design and development from concept, design verification, production, and testing to field start-up. Responsible for meeting internal and external customer’s functional and performance requirements for Welding Group Equipment. To act as Technical Resource for accomplishment of equipment development projects. Insure that all equipment correlates with divisional key objectives and goals with regard to Safety, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction and Improving Field Reliability.
