As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 5-6 Territory Managers (TMs), driving day-to-day operations and sales performance to maximize efficiency and results. Your role will be instrumental in refining our sales processes, implementing accountability frameworks, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Our expectation is that we have a world-class sales team that shares the SimX vision of saving lives through better, easier, and more accessible simulation training while growing new business by >130-160% year over year.
