This position will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of treasury functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll reconciliations, and other duties as assigned.
This position is responsible for ensuring payable transactions are recorded timely and accurately. While utilizing your excellent attention to detail, customer service and communication skills, you will be a point of contact for vendors inquiring about their payment status and assist with processing online expense reports. Assembly and repair of all Holland products. Focus on improvement through Lean Manufacturing processes and practices. Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage, hydraulic pressure, and fluid flow. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications. Check own work, and work of others to diagnose and correct problems. Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland products. At times may lead small groups of fellow employees.

Prep railcars for loading at customer locations
Responsible for scheduled maintenance and break down repairs of all equipment employed in the operation of material handling, including trucks, trailers, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, backhoes, track mobile, dozers, motor graders, unload conveyors, stacking conveyors, coal conditioners and pickups.

Holland Company is seeking a General Laborer for our Ardoch, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota facilities. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in unload of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the oversight of completing product designs, product performance, establishing and executing to project schedules, ensuring customer scope and delivery requirements are met, and shop floor support for both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for managing engineering standards for Holland technical content and systems. The Engineering Manager is responsible for the continual improvement of Holland products including cost optimization. This role will work closely with other functions such as the Holland Equipment Business Unit, HAMR Operations, Mobile Operations, Procurement, and Production Control groups. The Engineering Manager will serve Project Management roles, as required.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the financial performance of each project relative to their estimates while also managing the annual Engineering Dept. budget. In addition, this role is responsible for establishing and managing to key metrics (KPI’s) in the Engineering Dept.
