Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
Architect end-to-end data pipelines that support AI/ML model deployment and real-time analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and comply with data governance standards.
Integrate advanced data platforms such as Databricks, Alation, and AI frameworks into the broader data architecture.
Oversee the implementation of AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring data quality, consistency, and adherence to privacy/security regulations.
Recommend and implement AI and data technologies, including cloud platforms and AI/ML tools, to enhance operational efficiencies and capabilities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to data engineering and AI teams, promoting best practices in data management, AI development, and architecture design.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends to continuously improve data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or AI architecture, with a focus on implementing AI/ML solutions.
Strong expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data modeling, and integration techniques.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment, including MLOps pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Proficiency with Databricks, Alation, and cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices, especially in the context of AI-driven solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable AI and data solutions.
