Director, Digital Marketing - Remote

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Director, Digital Marketing to own and elevate our digital presence. This role is critical to driving pipeline and brand visibility across the HR space. You’ll own initiatives across SEO/SEM, digital advertising, website performance, and account-based marketing, while developing content that supports campaign execution and audience engagement. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who also thrives in execution, with a deep expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive scalable growth. 
 
What you'll do:  
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including our website, blog, email, social media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and a consistent voice. 
  • Lead digital efforts with a focus on measurable business impact, including pipeline generation and revenue influence. 
  • Own and influence all digital touchpoints, including review platforms- like G2 and Capterra- press releases, and brand presence to drive awareness and engagement. 
  • Lead SEO/SEM strategy and execution, driving improvements in keyword rankings and inbound traffic. 
  • Develop and manage compelling digital campaigns across LinkedIn, and other platforms to support ABM and demand generation. 
  • Play a key role in our ABM initiatives, identifying target accounts and delivering personalized digital experiences. 
  • Create impactful content for digital campaigns, landing pages and ads.  
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, using data to continuously improve results and connect efforts to pipeline and revenue. 
  • Monitor competition and emerging digital trends in SaaS and HR technology to provide ideas that keep us innovative and uniquely positioned in the market. 
What you'll have: 
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.  
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms- Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and tools. 
  • Experience with Hubspot and marketing automation. 
  • Demonstrated success supporting ABM strategies with digital execution. 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills. 
As a bonus, you’ll have: 
  • Experience with the HR technology industry and an understanding of HR buyer personas.
