Account Executive - Remote

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of revenue growth at JDX. This is a quota-carrying role for a proven B2B SaaS seller who knows how to hunt, create urgency, and close complex deals through consultative selling. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through signed agreement, and work closely with Marketing to build and convert pipeline.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and hunt: Identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and uncover high-value opportunities. 
  • Run full-cycle deals: Lead discovery, position value, manage objections, and close new customer opportunities. 
  • Deliver compelling demos: Conduct consultative product demonstrations that clearly connect customer pain to JDX’s value. 
  • Build pipeline with intent: Create and advance qualified opportunities, not just demos, toward active buying decisions. 
  • Partner with Marketing: Leverage campaigns, case studies, events, and enablement to accelerate deals. 
  • Represent JDX at events: Participate in virtual and in-person marketing events to generate and progress opportunities. 
  • Maintain sales rigor: Accurately document opportunities, activity, and forecasts in HubSpot to ensure visibility and accountability. 
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience (HR tech a plus). 
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. 
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills (you listen first, then sell). 
  • Confidence running live demos, handling objections, and thinking on your feet. 
  • Ability to explain technical or complex concepts to non-technical buyers. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. 
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Gong, 6sense, or similar platforms. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
