Job Description: 
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a knack for uncovering opportunities? Join FobeSoft as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in helping restaurants unlock the secret to success! 

  • Work with sales leadership to prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential restaurant clients. 
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with restaurant owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs. 
  • Demonstrate the value of FobeSoft’s solutions in increasing profitability and operational efficiency. 
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, utilizing a consultative sales approach. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of FobeSoft’s software for new clients. 
  • Provide ongoing support and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships with clients. 
  • Develop and foster key channel partner relationships throughout the assigned territory. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FobeSoft’s solutions in the market. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the software or technology industry, with experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, with experience selling to the restaurant or hospitality sector as a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. 
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management. 
  • Willingness to travel within a designated territory as needed. 
  • This position has a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 + uncapped commissions, with an annual OTE range of $95,000-$125,000++. The actual salary may vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, geographical location, time in role, etc.
