We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting or creating "consulting grade" content, including case studies, best practice white papers, data analysis, executive presentations to drive adoption of the platform and services. As the Director of Client Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by partnering with Customer Success and Account Management teams to enable accelerated growth and empower new sales through the development and utilization of high-quality content. You will also be responsible for owning our referral and reference programs, ensuring the effective management and utilization of customer relationships to enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create "Consulting Grade" Content: Develop high-quality content such as case studies, best practice white papers, executive presentations, and data analysis to enable executive-level engagement. This content should position Eon as an enterprise-level partner capable of delivering system-wide quality improvement, multi-specialty referral growth and broad financial returns.
  • Partner with CS/AM: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Account
  • Management teams to understand their needs and align marketing strategies to enable accelerated growth. Work collaboratively to develop content and collateral that supports sales efforts, including case studies, customer testimonials, and presentations.
  • Drive Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with compelling and persuasive content derived from client insights, enabling them to effectively sell our solutions. Develop materials that highlight the value proposition of our offerings, incorporating industry insights and best practices to support sales pitches and presentations.
  • Own Referral/Reference Programs: Build Eon’s referral and reference programs, ensuring their effective management and utilization. Develop and implement strategies to encourage referrals and manage customer reference programs, leveraging their positive experiences to enhance our brand reputation and drive new business opportunities.
  • Build a client community: Develop processes, tools and opportunities (webinars, client dinners) for clients to engage with one another, share best practices and network. Build a program that creates a sense of community pride, celebrates success, drives client engagement and fosters business growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a consultant in a top tier healthcare consulting firm or creating "consulting grade" content is essential.
  • Proven track record in developing case studies, best practice white papers, executive presentations that help grow client relationships from a single product to an enterprise relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financial data – billing claims, paid claims, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales.
  • Experience in managing referral and reference programs is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
