Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

Compensation: $20/hour 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential candidates in collaboration with the recruiter. 
  • Conduct initial phone screens. 
  • Manage the onboarding scheduling process, ensuring new hires are set up for a smooth transition into the company. 
  • Update and maintain job postings on the company’s SharePoint site. 
  • Keep orientation worksheets and email templates up to date, making necessary adjustments as processes evolve. 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department. 
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in HR administrative support, or a related field. 
  • Prior recruitment experience preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint. 
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
