Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential candidates in collaboration with the recruiter.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Manage the onboarding scheduling process, ensuring new hires are set up for a smooth transition into the company.
- Update and maintain job postings on the company’s SharePoint site.
- Keep orientation worksheets and email templates up to date, making necessary adjustments as processes evolve.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administrative support, or a related field.
- Prior recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
