Role Responsibilities:
- Merchant Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth and timely setup on the Daasity platform.
- Collaborate with merchants to understand their business needs and customize the onboarding experience accordingly.
- Training & Education:
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on how to use the Daasity platform, with a focus on extracting data insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and update training materials (guides, video tutorials, webinars) to support ongoing education.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants during the initial stages of their Daasity journey, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform effectively.
- Strategic Enablement:
- Deliver business enablement sessions to guide merchants in using data insights to drive their business growth.
- Work closely with the Post Sales and Product teams to identify areas where merchants may need additional support and continuously improve onboarding practices.
- Merchant Success & Feedback:
- Monitor merchant engagement during onboarding and enablement, proactively addressing any concerns or barriers to adoption.
- Gather feedback from merchants to refine the onboarding and enablement process and contribute to product development by relaying feature requests or pain points to the Product team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Agency to ensure alignment on merchant needs and challenges.
- Participate in weekly leadership presentations, providing updates on onboarding + enablement progress.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in or around San Diego, CA.
- Must be willing to work in-office three (3) days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, enablement, and training, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Minimum 2 years in a role where you were responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving collective goals.
- Proficiency with Looker or other business intelligence (BI) tools preferred
- Experience with retail and direct to consumer analytics a bonus.
