Daasity is seeking a Project Manager! We are looking for someone who values the full SDLC of modern Agile software development, including requirements gathering, planning, road mapping, sprint planning, user testing, and proactive customer communications. This role will be required to tackle multiple projects and competing demands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of merchant projects within Daasity’s Agency team, ensuring timely delivery and driving merchant satisfaction. Oversight in merchant projects will include feature requests, enhancements, integrations and migrations. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with merchant stakeholders.


What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Simultaneously manage multiple merchant projects
  • Schedule and participate in weekly stand-ups
  • Assist the Agency teams with project scoping exercises and preparing statements of work
  • Track projects through completion and acceptance
  • Ensure budgets, schedules and performance standards are attained
  • Responsible for serving as the primary merchant escalation point for merchant changes and/or issues during the implementation process
  • Drive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to our merchants

Role Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and the effective allocation of resources.
  • Assist in managing projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Sales, to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Support merchant communication and coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive effective merchant engagement, merchant success, and provide effective business development support.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize merchant retention and success.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with merchants, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and progress.
  • Proactively manage merchant expectations, collaborate with internal teams to address merchant concerns and enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with merchants to gather feedback and ensure merchant satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Change Management:
  • Assist in identifying project risks and collaborate with team members to implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Manage changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including protocols, reports, risk assessments, and change control protocols.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including merchants, management, and internal teams, supporting overall management of the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a B2B startup or within a marketing agency.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in risk management and change management within project environments.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence concepts is a plus.
  • PMP certification or other relevant certifications are desirable.
