What You’ll Do
- Strategy Development: Develop an annual marketing plan and strategy to drive awareness and generate demand focused on net new acquisition. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel integrated campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, and more.
- Company Positioning and Messaging: Responsible for ensuring positioning and messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Lead Generation: Drive the development of targeted campaigns to generate high-quality net new leads and increase the sales pipeline.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop reporting to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns, ensure alignment with revenue goals and report against the marketing team's objectives. . Develop a consistent reporting package for the Executive team that measures results and provides insight into what is working and not working.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and tools to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Deeply understand our customers, product, competitors and partners, and leverage this knowledge to optimize company positioning and messaging across content, channels, sales, and customer communications.
- Website: Manage the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, easy to navigate, and optimized for demand generation and SEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong background in marketing for B2B software and technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing both inbound and ABM marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams and budgets

Location: This is a mostly remote position with the expectation to meet weekly at a co-working space in Denver, and we hold a three-day company all-hands gathering each quarter that you would be expected to travel to.
