Solution Architect - AI & Data - Remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
- Architect end-to-end data pipelines that support AI/ML model deployment and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and comply with data governance standards.
- Integrate advanced data platforms such as Databricks, Alation, and AI frameworks into the broader data architecture.
- Oversee the implementation of AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring data quality, consistency, and adherence to privacy/security regulations.
- Recommend and implement AI and data technologies, including cloud platforms and AI/ML tools, to enhance operational efficiencies and capabilities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to data engineering and AI teams, promoting best practices in data management, AI development, and architecture design.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends to continuously improve data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or AI architecture, with a focus on implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data modeling, and integration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment, including MLOps pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Proficiency with Databricks, Alation, and cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices, especially in the context of AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable AI and data solutions.
