 Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data & AI Principal Consultant based in Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, or Ukraine to help formalize solution offerings, develop new business and lead key engagements where data plays a central role in enabling a client’s business outcomes. You will bring a proven track record in building trusted client relationships, delivery oversight and demonstrated thought leadership involving Data & AI solutions. As a Data & AI consultant, you will help set strategic direction, lead and support sales efforts, deliver solutions and assist with operational aspects for our growing Data and AI practice.
Along the way, you will collaborate with executive leadership and team members across sales, marketing and capability groups who are making a positive impact on our firm, clients and communities. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers & teams in different locations is essential for success in this position. As part of the global team, travel or in-person work may be required depending on your client engagements or internal meetings/events.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Data & AI capabilities and solutions for clients, ensuring these are customized to client requirements while being scalable and robust.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and capability teams to develop Data & AI offerings and solutions that meet client needs. Engage in global business development activities, including forming partnerships, building alliances, and leading client meetings.
  • Work with global Data & AI teams on offering development, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on advancements in the field of Data & AI and incorporate relevant innovations into the company’s service offerings.
  • Contribute to the organization’s Data & AI consulting knowledge, skills, and competencies through thought leadership, delivery templates, and best practices.
  • Provide delivery leadership, oversight, and governance in engagements, with a target of 60% billable utilization.
  • Participate in internal strategic initiatives for the Data & AI practice.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data & AI consulting, along with a background in data-related industries or domains, supporting clients in achieving their business goals through technology and data solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in Data & AI consulting, with a strong track record of successful client service delivery involving data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in a range of Data & AI technologies, including data strategy, architecture, engineering, and governance.
  • Experience leading sales pursuits within a Data & AI consulting environment, with direct involvement in large-scale program execution and solution management.
  • Strategic insight and expertise in solving complex business and customer challenges through transformational initiatives and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective leader across multiple industries and business sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and tactfully at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, negotiation, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
  • A history of high client and employee satisfaction.
  • A self-directed, creative problem solver with a desire to grow within a flexible, collaborative culture.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and object-oriented programming structures.
  • Familiarity with key AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Proficiency in cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience working with data technologies for both structured and unstructured data.
