Implementation Specialist - Remote

As our Implementation Specialist, you will coordinate and facilitate on-boarding, operation, configuration, and adoption of JDXpert products into the customer business environment. You'll provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency.  You will manage the customer relationship from post-sale to product go-live, ensuring all technical aspects of the implementation process are seamless. You will test, troubleshoot, and configure the system to meet customer needs, working closely with the customer to ensure a smooth rollout. With expertise in integrations and advanced configurations, you'll ensure that all resources are in place for a timely and on-budget implementation.   

What you'll do:
 
  • Manage customer implementation projects from post-sale to product go-live, defining implementation plans, executing technical components, and leading internal and customer communication acting a technical advisor, scoping efforts for advanced configurations and integrations, including flat file and API integrations.   
  • Provide end-user support during the onboarding period by researching, diagnosing, and analyzing customer issues, escalating problems where necessary, and keeping customers fully informed on progress. 
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure their contributions are aligned with project timelines and hold them accountable for keeping their end of the project on track. 
  • Maintain 8-10 active implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution, and assist with other special projects as assigned.   
  • Partner with product team to identify gaps in functionality and correct issues to enhance products; participate in releases, updates, and change communication plans. 
  • Support external development activities by working with third-party vendors when issues transverse multiple systems. 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop, scope, and estimate implementation projects during the sales cycle, and help them set customer expectations. 
  • Implement best practices by making suggestions for updates to technical documentation and training materials. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
What you'll have: 
  • 3-5 years experience in a technical implementation role, specifically focused on integrations, advanced configurations, and managing the post-sale customer relationship through go live.   
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and CSV files. 
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and lead them through technical processes.   
  • Comfort utilizing advanced technology and highly complex software systems. 
  • Strong relationship management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. 
  • Solid understanding of how technical systems can be configured to meet business needs, especially through integration.   
As a bonus, you'll also have: 
  • Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management.
  • Monday.com and/or Hubspot experience.
  • Relevant experience supporting SaaS applications.
