We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Manager of Demand Generation to lead the execution of our lead generation campaigns. In this critical role, you’ll build a healthy pipeline and drive revenue growth by executing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, including events, webinars, email marketing, direct mail, and conferences. This is a highly collaborative role that will ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and will work to generate measurable impact.
What you'll do:
- Own and execute lead generation campaigns across all channels, including conferences, virtual and in-person events, webinars, email, direct mail, and more.
- Collaborate across the team to align campaigns with pipeline goals, ideal customer profiles, and key accounts.
- Plan and manage both virtual and in-person events from start to finish, including logistics, coordination, execution, and follow-up.
- Create and optimize email journeys, tailored to user behavior, lifecycle stage, and campaign objectives.
- Build compelling direct mail campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot to launch campaigns, manage leads, and report on results.
- Continuously test and refine campaign tactics using data-driven analysis to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
What you'll have:
- 5+ years of experience driving B2B demand generation strategy within a SaaS organization.
- Proven success executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced user of HubSpot with a solid understanding of marketing automation workflows and best practices.
- Experience managing both in-person and virtual events.
- Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
As a bonus, you’ll have:
- Experience with 6sense or similar platforms.
- Experience within the HR technology industry.
