Position Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales of our hydroponic fodder systems. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals with strong networks in agriculture, livestock operations, or zoo management who are motivated by performance-based earnings.
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales of our hydroponic fodder systems. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals with strong networks in agriculture, livestock operations, or zoo management who are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities across target markets (zoos, dairies, ranches, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events
- Educate prospects on the benefits and ROI of Eleusis Fodder Systems
- Provide virtual or on-site product demonstrations and presentations. The Eleusis team will support with any meetings needed.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals, quotes, and customer support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, equipment, or sustainability sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Hubspot
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based (High commission rates paid per closed sale)
- Performance bonuses for top producers
- No cap on earning potential
