Responsibilities
Lead ABM strategy and execution
· Identify and prioritize target accounts in partnership with Sales.
· Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, direct mail, etc) to engage buying groups.
· Track account engagement and measure progression through the funnel.
· Leverages digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns.
Create and distribute long-form content
· Own the production of whitepapers, guides, industry reports, and case studies that attract and educate decision-makers.
· Ensure content aligns with buyer pain points and fuels campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Drive measurement and optimization
· Set KPIs around engagement, pipeline contribution, and account coverage.
· Use data to test, iterate, and double down on what works.
· Create insightful reporting and analytics to evaluate outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
· Work closely with Leadership, SDRs, and AEs to ensure messaging consistency and tight GTM alignment.
· Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when specialized support is needed.
Qualifications
· 5+ years in B2B demand generation, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
· Proven success building and running ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
· Strong writing and content development skills, especially for long-form assets.
· Experience creating sales collateral and enablement programs.
· Comfortable with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
· Some travel may be required occasionally.
Work Environment
- This role is based at BILT’s Global Brand Support Center in Grapevine, Texas.
- Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, tablets, phones, email, and FedRAMP-compliant communication platforms like Microsoft Teams).
- Physical demands include prolonged computer use and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Office hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with convenient parking and nearby amenities.
- Federal contract work may require coordination with government stakeholders and adherence to secure development practices.
