JDXpert is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who can turn deep HR domain expertise into clear, compelling narratives that build brand authority and drive pipeline. We’re eliminating the chaos of unmanaged job data for the world’s largest employers—and we need a voice that positions us as the trusted guide in workforce transformation. You’ll own our thought leadership and content strategy, build and engage HR communities on LinkedIn, and help translate product value into market-facing stories. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps to turn customer and market insights into content that builds trust, fuels campaigns, and positions JDXpert at the center of workforce intelligence.

You’ll own our thought leadership and content strategy, build and engage HR communities on LinkedIn, and help translate product value into market-facing stories. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps to turn customer and market insights into content that builds trust, fuels campaigns, and positions JDXpert at the center of workforce intelligence.
What you'll do:
- Define and evolve our brand voice – Maintain and refine our messaging framework, voice guidelines, and editorial standards so every asset reinforces JDXpert as an HR thought leader.
- Create expert content – Write in-depth articles, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, executive POVs, case studies, and playbooks that showcase HR expertise and advance workforce intelligence conversations.
- Build and manage our LinkedIn presence – Lead a LinkedIn strategy across organic posts, LinkedIn Live, and groups; grow an engaged HR audience and track engagement, share of voice, and sentiment.
- Own newsletter and nurture content – Develop a thought leadership newsletter and that educate prospects through the funnel; partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops to optimize performance.
- Lead as an HR industry voice – Stay ahead of workforce trends, regulations, and HR tech shifts; turn developments into timely content and cultivate relationships with HR influencers and thought leaders.
- Support product marketing – Work with the VP of Product to translate capabilities and roadmap into clear value propositions; create battle cards, feature–benefit narratives, and sales enablement content.
- Partner with Demand Gen & RevOps – Provide persona-based narratives and content mapped to the buyer journey; use performance data to refine content strategy and ROI.
- Steward website content – Own the editorial strategy for jdxpert.com; ensure copy is SEO-sound, conversion-oriented, and reflects our industry leadership.
- Run GTM design operations – Manage the intake and prioritization of creative requests; scope and project-manage assets with internal designers or agencies.
- Measure and optimize – Track content and brand performance across core tools and regularly share insights and recommendations with leadership.
What you’ll need to have:
- 5–7 years B2B SaaS content/brand experience with HR, workforce, or talent management domain expertise and a portfolio of thought leadership and strategic narratives.
- Deep understanding of HR leaders and HR tech – You know CHRO/HR priorities, workforce trends, compliance issues, and how to speak their language.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling – Proven ability to create content that builds authority and supports measurable business outcomes.
- Product marketing experience – Comfortable turning technical capabilities into buyer-centric value.
- LinkedIn and community skills – Track record of growing and engaging professional communities and managing executive social presence.
- Strong editorial and content strategy skills – Able to spot trends, identify white-space topics, and position the brand as a leading voice.
- Newsletter and nurture experience – Skilled at building serialized content that drives engagement and advances prospects through the funnel.
- Data-driven mindset – Confident analyzing performance, sentiment, share of voice, and funnel impact to inform decisions.
- Project and ops excellence – Experienced managing complex intake, prioritizing competing requests, coordinating creative work, and delivering against calendars and GTM timelines with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to travel for key industry events, conferences, and team meetings.
As a bonus, you’ll have:
- Experience contributing to HR publications, industry research, or analyst relations.
- Prior experience managing creative operations or agency relationships.
- Background in HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to collaborate on visuals and provide art direction.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable).
- Experience with HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, or 6sense intent data.
