Job Description
The Amazon Account Executive role will be key in driving conversion, advancing the customer experience through in-depth analysis and innovative problem solving. While managing the day-to-day of the Amazon catalog, product page rich content and developing comprehensive digital and promotional plans. Work closely on strategy with Sr. Director of Ecommerce and other key cross functional stakeholders. Collaborating with internal marketing and e-comm staff as well as outside partners and third-party agencies.

- Drive with the growth and maintenance of our Amazon business
- Become the expert in all aspects of Amazon Sales and Marketing, driving test-n-learn opportunities and recommendations on Amazon- analyzing, synthesizing and communicating resulting consumer insights and sales data.
- Drive the development of best-in-class product detail pages (PDPs) for Amazon. Develop reporting and insights for key stakeholders on performance.
- Lead new item set up and product discontinuation process on Amazon. Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Agency teams on item launches and product updates.
- Work alongside internal marketing partners and digital agency on a daily basis to optimize Marketing Efforts
- Assist with the strategy and set up for Amazon's promotional events - including Prime Day, Digital Gift Guide, and Other
- Assists in the development and management of Amazon P&L to deliver company top and bottom line results for this channel of business.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Amazon.com platform and tools – particularly A+ pages.
- Understand Amazon's display, video, and paid search advertising opportunities and tools.
- Broad knowledge of online and e-Commerce space and best-in-class third party providers.
- Strong knowledge and working experience of web analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Amazon Vendor Central Analytics or 3rd party platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional expertise with data manipulation tools particularly Excel.
- Experience in forecasting and business analysis (including but not limited to; site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate etc. to identify growth and optimization opportunities).
- Familiarity of negotiating methods, principles and concepts.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a discipline in marketing or business from accredited college/university preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in e-Commerce Marketing and Sales.
- Must have direct Amazon.com experience with a successful record of managing accounts and developing brands.
