Accounting Manager - Oklahoma City, OK

 Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred 
  • At least five (5) years of accounting experience preferred 
  • CPA is a plus but not required 
  • Experience in the moving and storage industry not required 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis  
  • Monitor the financial performance of the Company including cash flow management and strength of the balance sheet 
  • Will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statement reconciliations, payroll, commissions, and the financial aspects of the Company’s assets and leases
  • Lead financial initiatives and projects across the organization including ERP, controls, new processes & procedures to increase financial acumen for the Company 
  • Manage and lead key relationships with consultants, tax accountants, auditors, and insurance brokers 
Skills and Abilities: 
  • The Company uses NetSuite, so a deep understanding of and practical expertise of NetSuite is preferred
  •  Highly detail-oriented and organized; ability to juggle many projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  •  A team-oriented mentality with a positive attitude
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to a high level of excellence and integrity
  • Ability to maintain and ensure confidentiality
