Our team is seeking a creative and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing company. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and work instructions, handling BOM (Bill of Materials), and utilizing CAD (Solid Works preferred). Although not essential, experience with wood is an added bonus.
The successful candidate will be bilingual in English (at least 85%), have knowledge of manufacturing processes, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software packages, Excel, and Outlook and be an excellent creative problem solver.
Position Summary:
The Jr. Product Engineer at the Puertas JJTA, S.A. de C.V. / Castlewood Doors manufacturing plant is a professional who has recently graduated or has up to 2 years' experience who will play a key role in the development and improvement of our wooden door products. This position requires technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work as a team to meet company quality and design standards.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• From 0 to 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge in the interpretation of plans and work instructions.
• Experience in managing BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Experience in the use of wood (not essential but valued).
• Bilingual in English (minimum 85%).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in computer packages, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Critical thinking.
• Effective communication skills with the production team.
