Sales Representative - Centennial, CO

Summary: This position is full time and responsible for contacting warm leads through phone and email. Providing quotes to prospective customers for residential and commercial properties. Build relationships with Property Managers, Architects, Glass Shops, Window Treatment Companies, Interior Designers, and build a book of ongoing business. Ensuring projects get completed efficiently and successfully with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls, engage with potential customers remotely, and discuss window film projects, providing exceptional customer service through virtual communication channels.
  • Sales Calls and Appointments: Conduct virtual sales calls with prospective residential and commercial customers, leading to virtual appointments, and providing verbal or written quotes through video conferencing or phone calls.
  • Bid Identification: Look through bid platforms to identify and pursue projects that align with the company's capabilities and goals.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration: Work with subcontractors to print specific custom materials, such as logos, graphics, and custom designs, as needed.
  • Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients on completed projects to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Online Business Development: Engage in virtual outreach to glass shops, blind companies, architects, and interior designers to introduce the company, build relationships, and explore potential business collaborations.
  • Virtual Deposit Collection: Collect deposits for sold orders through secure online payment platforms, ensuring proper documentation and timely financial transactions.
  • Lead Handling: Call leads on the same day of inquiry, displaying responsiveness and commitment to customer engagement.
  • Project Status Follow-up: Follow up on pending projects, providing updates and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Physical Demands
Prolonged periods working at a desk on a computer and driving to sales appointments.
