Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Denver

What You Do:
  • Make initial contact and schedule Initial Briefings with prospective clients, to accomplish weekly/monthly pacing goals, both in quantity and quality
  • Support Regional Sales Directors in their preparation for, and delivery of, Initial Briefings with prospective clients
  • Investigate clients’ specific needs and organizational requirements and apply the information gathered to meet the needs of the clients
  • Responsible for developing core knowledge of the specifications and features of Eon’s products to ensure effectively engage prospective clients
  • Manage calendar details and logistics for prospect interactions for all steps of the sales process
  • Assist with internal meetings that will enhance the success of those interactions 
  • Participate in the preparation and design of presentations for customers
  • Document ALL sales activities and take detailed notes in company CRM software
  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly activity and IB volume goals

Knowledge & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of inside sales or fundraising experience, preferably with health systems and hospitals Healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals while managing multiple priorities
  • Enterprise Healthcare SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be innovative and a fast thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes.
  • Proven ability to qualify, establish contact, set meetings and follow-up on leads from numerous sources.
  • Ability to listen to healthcare professionals and their staff in order to tailor a solution to meet their needs.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving orientation
