ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collect accurate data daily, analyze data daily for assigned customers
- Maintaining production logs daily for assigned customers
- Work with field personnel, sales and operations to ensure data is accurate
- Enter accurate data to create daily, weekly or monthly invoices
- Use of multiple programs to retrieve and enter data
- Participate in monthly contract review to provide explanations for items invoiced
- Keep up with ever changing processes based on customer demands
- Document and maintain assigned customers billing process
- Cross-train to provide back-up for Billing Team
- Work in a team setting on process improvement opportunities
- Provide back-up to receptionist
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties.
- Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.
- Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Indoor office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Three to five years invoicing and office experience
- Intermediate clerical skills
- Strong Excel and MS Word skills.
- Proven experience with successfully multi-tasking
- Strong customer service skills required
- Must be able to work well with others both within and without our department.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland L.P.
