Salary range: Starting at $18/hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS includes but not limited to:
· Assist in budget / monthly and yearly financials.
· Submit expense reports (Certify).
· Send any required records to administration within required time period.
· Work with HR on any pre-employment drug screens and back ground check and insure employee file is complete prior to first day of work.
· Shop maintenance records keeping.
· Office cleanliness / general housekeeping.
· Maintain employee confidentiality (interview and general records).
· Assist with accident reporting.
· Maintain site meeting notes, and sign in sheets.
· Keep all filing up to date.
· May required occasional travel, including air travel.
· May be required to Safely operate a site crew pickup when needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions.
· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties.
· Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.
· Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
· Office environment
· Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions.
· Exposure to coke and limestone dust from unloading operations.
