Work with the Industry Leader
At Eon, our mission is to make patients healthier and healthcare affordable. The Eon Patient Management (EPM) platform identifies patients with disease risk, streamlines clinical decision analysis and automates patient engagement workflow so clinicians can work at the top of their licenses while dramatically increasing patient adherence to clinically recommended next steps.
With unique solutions across multiple disease states, we drive unprecedented adherence to care pathways, so that more patients are seen and more survive. With Eon patients, care teams and health systems all win - both clinically and financially.
Eon’s solutions deliver outsized, highly attributable clinical and financial ROI; with over 600 health system customers, including enterprise relationships with Cleveland Clinic, HCA, Lifepoint, UCHealth, Ascension and others already in place, Eon is just beginning our journey to defy disease.
