Key Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target accounts, segment them, and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage and convert key stakeholders within these accounts.
- Demand Generation Programs: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs to generate leads and increase engagement. Utilize inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, social media, and digital advertising.
- Content Creation and Messaging: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target accounts. Ensure content aligns with ABM strategies and supports various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Build and manage effective lead generation campaigns to attract and capture qualified leads. Implement lead nurturing programs to progress leads through the sales funnel and maximize conversion rates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate reports. Identify trends, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and regularly update stakeholders on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, support account-specific initiatives, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of our software and effectively communicate its value to target accounts.
- Marketing Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends. Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other relevant platforms to streamline demand generation activities and enhance lead management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience in demand generation or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with account-based marketing strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand-generation programs that drive measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools including but not limited to Hubspot, Linkedin, Google Ads, Analytics, and Console.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
