As the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will drive the company's growth through effective account-based marketing tactics. You will be responsible for developing and executing demand-generation programs that target key accounts, create awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue. Your expertise in ABM strategies and strong analytical and communication skills will be critical in achieving our business objectives.
Posh seeks a dynamic Field Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead and transform our Business Development Team into a high-impact, account-based marketing (ABM)-oriented organization. This role focuses on driving engagement with accounts in the banking industry, specifically banks and credit unions.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of Field Marketing Representatives, implementing ABM strategies, and collaborating with account executives and marketing teams.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in business development/field marketing leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in financial services, ABM strategies, and tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
Nice to Haves: Startup experience, creative account engagement strategies, and established networks in banking.
