Job Summary: 
The Office Administrator helps create a warm, welcoming office experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This role supports the flow of daily office life, connects people to what they need, and brings energy and organization to the workplace. We’re looking for someone friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented who takes pride in creating a positive environment and supporting the team in meaningful ways. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
-          Maintain a consistent presence at the front desk during business hours, serving as the first point of contact for visitors. 
-          Answer and direct phone calls across the company promptly and professionally. 
-          Load and unload the dishwasher at the start and end of each day. 
-          Sort and deliver mail daily, as well as prepare any mail to go out. 
-          Monitor and respond to general Outlook inboxes. 
-          Coordinate and place orders for office supplies for all CCC offices. 
-          Coordinate scheduling and logistics for recurring internal offerings, including Curran’s complimentary massage therapist. 
-          Track snack inventory and monthly snack budget. 
-          Restock snack cabinet and beverages weekly. 
-          Coordinate lunch and catering orders for meetings and company events. 
-          Support scheduling and logistics for internal events and programs as needed. 
-          Take initiative during downtime to identify and support ongoing or upcoming team needs. 
-          Assist the HR team in administrative projects and operational needs. 
 
Required Skills & Abilities: 
-          Proficient in Microsoft including Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive 
-          Strong written and verbal communication skills 
-          Ability to multitask 
-          Ability to prioritize important deadlines and time manage appropriately 
-          Strong organization and follow-through 
-          Comfortable operating independently and spotting gaps through close attention to detail and process 
 
Education & Experience: 
-          High School Diploma or GED required 
-          Associate's degree, or related office or administrative experience 
-          Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft products 
-          Experience supporting multiple people or departments simultaneously 
 
Working Conditions: 
-          Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk and use computers, phones, and other office technology. 
-          Occasional travel to job sites, company events, or training sessions may be required; may involve brief exposure to outdoor conditions or active construction environments where employees must comply with Curran’s safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 
-          Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs of office or events materials as needed. 
-          Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and uphold Curran’s core values at all internal and external work-related events, as well as daily interactions and operations.

This role is targeting a range of $18-24 hourly and is eligible for the company's incentive bonus program.
