Salary range: $85,000-$105,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead sourcing efforts for critical, high-value components from vendor identification through evaluation, selection, and implementation
- Drive cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives, including negotiation, value engineering, and supplier consolidation
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to support business growth, capacity, and risk mitigation
- Partner with suppliers to resolve quality, delivery, and capacity constraints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Act as the supply chain lead on new product development and high-priority projects, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment to timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Production to support design, cost, and manufacturability objectives
- Provide support on critical supply issues and escalations, working with transactional buyers to ensure continuity of supply
- Track and report on key metrics including cost savings, supplier performance, and project milestones, with visibility to leadership
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots) as needed
- Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally as necessary (up to 10%)

- Occasional shop or vendor locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or like field preferred
- 5+ years direct Purchasing and/or Supply Chain experience with both domestic and overseas procurement
- Practical problem-solving approach to supply issues, business-minded, results-oriented, and a team player
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve procurement problems
- Exceptional vendor relations management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland, L.P.
