The Procurement team is an integral part of Holland operations and is directly responsible for the success of manufacturing and the uptime of field support along with making a bottom-line impact. The Purchasing Intern will assist the buyers across a wide range of activities related to preparing and managing purchase orders, working across multiple vendors to manage product deliveries, assisting with invoice discrepancies and other such areas. This individual will gain a better understanding and sound introduction to the buyer role within purchasing which will assist in their professional growth and give them working knowledge into the area of supply chain.
To assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services to Holland’s customers. Possess the ability to train upcoming personnel. Must maintain Holland Company’s equipment and fill in for Supervisor/Manager in their absence.

JOB SUMMARY:
This is a key leadership position responsible for optimizing the supply chain for all materials and services in support of HEBU. Key elements must include support of company growth, cost reduction, inventory maintenance and profit objectives. The position requires a global approach to the identification, selection and management of key strategic suppliers. The position is responsible for strategic supply management, KPIs and operational results for HEBU including Warehousing department. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining proper levels of inventory to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and sustained field operations by keeping adequate inventory levels of the right mix.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the entering and releasing of projects and/or work orders within the equipment division, including loading and maintaining bill-of materials, product structures, routers, identification of long lead materials, and constraint management to meet both internal and external customer requirements.
This role is responsible for delivering and receiving optimum quality of goods and/or services by developing and implementing standards for inspection. This includes the development of product workflow inspection and reporting on quality measurements. In addition, responsibilities of this role are to develop, coordinate and implement the quality control system to prevent or eliminate defects by identifying root cause and executing corrective actions as well as to promote and implement continuous improvement activities.
The Start Up Technician is responsible for the successful commissioning of new Holland Mobile Welders ensuring they meet specifications and are revenue ready per Holland’s project schedule.
This is a key leadership position within Holland, responsible for safely managing the Holland Equipment Business Unit. Primary responsibility is the management of Hollands’s manufacturing operations and engineering teams.
The position includes full financial P&L responsibility for the business unit. Position requires the effective management of engineering resources and manufacturing activities for existing, as well as new Holland products. Commercial responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, identifying new product opportunities for the R&D funnel, and working with sales management to drive international and domestic market growth

Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage, hydraulic pressure, and fluid flow. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications. Check own work, and work of others to diagnose and correct problems. Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland products. At times may lead small groups of fellow employees.
