Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

What You'll Do
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with company goals and operational priorities. 
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent strategies. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, organizational health, and change management. 
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, accountability, communication, and company culture. 
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development
  • Lead recruiting efforts for field, operational, and professional positions. 
  • Develop hiring strategies that support workforce growth and critical staffing needs. 
  • Oversee onboarding programs and employee retention initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop future talent. 
Employee Relations & Leadership Support
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective action processes. 
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance, conduct, and workplace concerns. 
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices. 
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment across all levels of the organization. 
Performance Management & Training
  • Support performance review processes, goal setting, employee feedback, and development planning. 
  • Coordinate leadership development and employee training programs. 
  • Help managers strengthen coaching, communication, and accountability skills. 
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
  • Administer compensation programs and annual compensation review processes. 
  • Support employee benefits administration and employee inquiries. 
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to processes and programs. 
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 
  • Administer the company's Alcohol, Cannabis, and Drug Testing and Prevention Program. 
  • Manage unemployment claims, hearings, and required documentation. 
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures that support legal compliance and operational excellence. 
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. 
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations. 
  • PHR or SPHR certification. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Work Environment

  • Occasional travel to operating locations and field sites. 
  • Combination of office and field-based responsibilities. 
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. 
  • Ability to travel to field locations and operating facilities as needed. 
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds for administrative and office-related tasks.
