Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Prepares and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing financial data and account information
· Complete month-end close duties including preparation of journal entries, , accruals, intercompany reconciliations, reconciliation of multiple cash accounts
· Maintains and reconcile general ledger accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
· Prepare revenue and expense variance reporting, analysis and explanation
· Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
· Assist with annual and quarterly forecasts and budgeting processes as needed
· Assist with periodic and year-end audit requests
· Other duties deemed necessary by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions
· Ability to lift up to15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties
· Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer
· Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
· Indoor office/home environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance,
· 2-4 years Accounting experience required
· Intermediate software skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word including V, H Lookups, Pivot Tables, If Then Statements, Concatenate and Graphic capabilities
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail
· Must be able to work well with others both within and without our department
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland L.P.
· Ability to maintain a valid drives license and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy

This role will require to sign both a non-compete and non-solicit agreement. The candidate will be eligible for a $500 Sign-On Bonus for each form they sign, totaling $1000. This Sign-On Bonus will be paid out on the first pay period following date of hire.
