ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Solley responsible for planning all Trade show events that present the appropriate image to the industry
  • Manages budget for all trade show events
  • Has creative license to layout booth and determine appropriate materials  
  • Plan and coordinate all logistics and deliverables for trade shows including space selection, housing and staff registration, service orders and shipping/receiving of exhibit materials.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, negotiating costs, to source and schedule services, including installation and dismantle of exhibits, electrical, insurance and booth furnishings.
  • Coordinate exhibitor badges, maintain and communicate show attendee list, manage pre-show staff trainings and staff schedule.
  • Update the CRM system with timely leads from events and use reporting features to assist the Sales in tracking event ROI.
  • Manage the inventory of all trade show marketing assets and strategize to ensure availability of marketing assets for future shows.
  • Manage customer giveaways and assist with management of company promotional items and online store.
  • Assist coordinating company-wide communication events/vehicles such as Quarterly Town Hall, Holland University, etc.
  • Partner with Sales team to create customer-focused and product launch events as needed.
  • Partner with support departments on projects and internal events as required, including organizing and booking annual executive team meetings.
  • Provide support to the Marketing and Sales teams with additional tasks as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Standing, walking, bending, on rough uneven surfaces or terrain and sitting for extended periods are required. 
  • Willingness to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots) as needed
  • Willingness and ability to travel to field locations and industry events; occasionally with limited notice, up to 35%, via ground, rail or air travel
 ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
  • Office/cubicle environment
  • Field work on or around track, outside weather and terrain conditions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate creative ideas, manage workflow and job requests.
  • Ability to manage projects and budgets
  • Willingness and ability to travel to field locations and industry events; occasionally with limited notice
  • Possess and maintain valid driver’s license and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy
  • Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland L.P.
