The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. The base program is a four-month, remote experience built on the assumption of work scheduled 8 hours per day, five days a week.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be providing a world-class experience for our customers as they set out on their SimX journey. You will be leading new customer onboardings while providing continuous support for our customer base. Additionally, you will also lead IT setup, configuration, and logistics of hardware/software related to our product. This is a customer-facing role that will require strong communication and organization skills as well as technical understanding.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a nursing consultant, collaborating with nursing academic and hospital institutions to ensure seamless integration of SimX's simulation technology. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert guidance, identifying education/training gaps, and facilitating the implementation of our platform to meet the evolving needs of nursing education.
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer support processes. Your primary responsibility is to generate and close potential sales opportunities for SimX through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies. You will work to create new business opportunities, retain new customers, and manage the renewal process while providing ongoing support to customers throughout the sales cycle. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Back End Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our backend API’s. As part of this dynamic position, you will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities that adapt to the evolving needs of our organization. Your main focus will be on conceiving and implementing new features, taking them from the initial concept all the way through to seamless deployment. Additionally, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional user support, ensuring smooth integration of new and enhanced features, and resolving any technical challenges that may arise. Your expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to the success of our web applications and services.
As a Virtual Reality QA Tester, you will be testing medical education scenarios that run on our multiplayer, first-person VR platform. This is a fast-paced role that works directly with our Scenario Production and Engineering Teams. You will be primarily responsible for testing our training scenarios as they progress through the development pipeline, and investigating and reporting bugs in a clear, actionable manner. Other responsibilities include testing the product on a range of supported hardware including VR headsets and computers, creating test plans, and identifying areas for QA improvement.
