The Sr. Director of Finance will focus on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of two business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.

The Inventory Control Manager is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for optimizing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency. This position leads projects that bridge the gap between Warehouse, Production Control, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing. The role includes implementing Lean tools (e.g., 5S, VDM), managing site inventory control, improving transactional processes, and leading storage system projects. This role is responsible for delivering and receiving optimum quality of goods and/or services by developing and implementing standards for inspection. In addition, responsibilities of this role are to develop, coordinate and implement the quality control system to prevent or eliminate defects by identifying root cause and executing corrective actions as well as to promote and implement continuous improvement activities.

JOB SUMMARY: The Design Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and improving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems, while also developing efficient and reliable manufacturing processes. This role bridges product design and production, ensuring that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet customer performance expectations. The engineer supports both new product development and continuous improvement of existing equipment and systems.

The Railcar Cleaning Technician will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of the railcars which will include the use of high-pressure wash systems.

May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. Holland/M-Bar-D is seeking a General Laborer for our East Grand Forks, Minnesota facility. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the unloading of Coal, Coke and Limestone to American Crystal Sugar Co. & additional customers. May also be required to operate track mobile, scissor lift truck, and aid in stacking operations at the unload site. They will also assist in all phases of material handling, including door operations, and mobile equipment operations.

To assist Site Supervisor or Operations Manager with all office logistics. Maintain records for invoices, timecards, train sheets, and transfer sheets. Maintain files for all site equipment including Annual DOT, maintenance records. Assist site employees as needed with any issues involving the University Park office.

To assist with all functions related to providing quality rail services to Holland’s customers. Possess the ability to train upcoming personnel. Must maintain Holland Company’s equipment and fill in for Supervisor/Manager in their absence.

The Track Laborer will work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.

To drive the MOD Mobile Welder to and from the work site locations to the Maintenance shop location in a rotating routine. Assess the unit’s condition prior to leaving the work location and complete a functional hand off upon the unit returning to the work location. Assist with performing various tasks from pre- testing, disassembly, servicing and repairing, reassembling and final testing of a MOD Mobile Welder and its’ auxiliary pieces of equipment (flash butt welder, puller, grinders) to meet the objectives of the Annual Preventative Maintenance program. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of the operating equipment and the program.

Maintain and operate the TrackSTAR vehicle in a safe and efficient manner on track and on hi-way system’s, while displaying a high quality and professional image to all Holland customers.

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for supporting Welding Group operating personnel and equipment by means of troubleshooting (remotely & onsite), corrective actions and training to improve overall productivity and reliability. Ensuring that all service completed correlates with daily and long term Divisional objectives/goals regarding Safety, Improving Field Reliability (Uptime), Customer Satisfaction and Profitability`

Assembly and repair of all Holland products. Focus on improvement through Lean Manufacturing processes and practices. Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage, hydraulic pressure, and fluid flow. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematic and specifications. Check own work, and work of others to diagnose and correct problems. Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland products. At times may lead small groups of fellow employees.
